Following the success in Bulgaria, EGT started expanding to other markets, starting with other Eastern European countries including Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, and Romania. The company has started its rise by obtaining a Bulgarian license for manufacturing and distribution of gaming equipment, and subsequently penetrating the Bulgarian gambling market. The company is most known for their solutions for brick-and-mortar casinos, most notably casino cabinets equipped with software and games also created by EGT. Euro Games Technology, better known as EGT, was established in 2002 and has its headquarters in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia.
